    TRAPS FOR HUMANS:
HOW DOES THE AMBULANT GUILLOTINE WORK?

Rear ends of heavy vehicles (all kinds and sizes of trucks and buses) everywhere, but especially in Brazil, are authentic serial killers, basically due to the geometry/height strength differences between their rear ends and the front ends of cars and other light vehicles.
How is it possible that so obvious a risk to life has still not been thoroughly discussed and studied and reliable solutions have still not been implemented?
What kind of blindness has affected human intelligence to the point of failing to tackle this problem which is so obvious and would be so easy to solve?
Why do people believe that "such horrible things happen only to others"? More than 15,000 people per year have already died, and they never believed that it could happen to them either...
In reality, collisions at only 25 km/h can be fatal, since the first pillars (A pillars), are not strong enough to stop a car from underriding the rear of a truck.
