This is a criminal delay of JUSTICE , that in principle should be the MOST IMPORTANT VALUE of a society. By some international convention, it was decided that the one who collides against the rear of the other, is almost automatically at fault. This could be justifiable since the driver should always be attempt to the traffic ahead, and should be RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIRS, as it is the typical case of a collision from a car against the rear of a another car. However, if a car collides to the rear of a truck, the car occupants WILL BE IN MOST OF THE CASES, killed by decapitation, and the "original guilt " to pay the repairs, is also "extended " to the car driver who died, AND JUSTIFIES HIS DEATH, as well as from his passengers.
CONCLUSION: MANY THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE BEHEADED AROUND THE WORLD AND NOBODY IN JAIL FOR IT!
